Actually reminds me of the time machine, when the man travels long away in the future and he discovers a devastated Earth, and some weird creatures... not any human at all... Anyway sorry for my english :P

That is a place I do not want to be - I have never seen anything so desolate.

Well done sir!

If you read the top, the title of this piece is called 'Dead Planet'.
The idea is to illustrating a planet that is decayed, dying and has been taken over, by a more hostile entity.
To a degree inspired by ideas from H.G. Well's classic story 'War of the Worlds'. Hope this helped clear your confusion.

I don't know Red Planet, but that's a new possibility. Some see similarities from 'the Matrix' or 'Transformers' in this, others see 'War of the Worlds'.
Cross-similarities in Sci-Fi are endless. Because Sci-Fi as a genre is all based on archetypes of mythology, philosophy and sociology.
Like the Fantasy genre and its endless types of dragons and knights.

That is an alternative yes, i personally mean that fantasy can be a part of sci fi but sci fi cannot be a part of fantasy because i consider Sci Fi to be 'theorical science', a dream if you wish, visions.

Yes true Sci-Fi has lots of theoretical elements (speculating on philosophy and sociology), and there are elements that have to do with technology and possibilities not yet existing. But if Sci-Fi can not be part of Fantasy or be mixed with it, how do you explain 'Star Wars'? The visuals have Sci-Fi elements and twists to it, but the story is very fantasy, almost like the story of Odyssey and Excalibur.
It is true that visually there are things that are inherent to Sci-Fi, but the meanings of them come to the same basis within a story structure in order to to explaining the Archetypes. The same way it is in any genre including Fantasy.
Eventually it all comes down to human evolution and cautionary tales (aka mythology).
Good conversation. And thanks for watching!

This is awesome! I really love the immensity of this. The use of color makes the piece scary and foreboding. I just love it! :D
